Current Phase: Shadow Mainnet Testing

Multyr contracts are deployed on Arbitrum One. The system is currently in validation phase. Deposits are not open to the public. Behavior described on this page reflects the protocol's designed behavior; some mechanisms are active in shadow testing, others become active at public launch. See the Status page for details.

The Treasury Safe holds protocol-owned capital and is the central economic component of the Multyr ecosystem.

Address

0x75f65F192A47e5F9EaAE057bE90f52e85fDE1314 — 3-of-5 multisig, Arbitrum One.

What the Treasury holds

  • 75,000,000 MTRY (25% of total supply) — to be allocated at TGE
  • USDC from protocol fees — accumulates from public launch onwards
  • Any protocol-owned capital acquired over time

What the Treasury funds

  • Operations Safe refills (via SAFE_GOV governance proposal with ROOT_TIMELOCK 48h)
  • Safety Reserve build-up
  • Grants program (once activated)
  • Future strategic initiatives approved through governance

Current balance

During shadow testing phase, the Treasury Safe holds minimal balance as no user fees are being generated. Build-up begins at public launch.

Governance

All Treasury Safe operations require 3-of-5 signatures. All capital movements out of Treasury are subject to governance proposal + ROOT_TIMELOCK 48h.

Relationship to MTRY

The treasury is economically linked to the MTRY token, but that relationship has important limits:

  • the treasury does not guarantee token value
  • MTRY holders do not have direct redemption rights over treasury assets
  • market price may diverge materially from any NAV-based reference
  • MTRY is not backed by user deposits

The economic linkage comes from treasury dynamics, fee retention, and circulating supply — not from direct claims on underlying assets.

Risk

Treasury capital, when deployed, is subject to smart contract risk, strategy risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and governance risk. Losses affecting deployed capital may reduce treasury value.
