Troubleshooting
Multyr contracts are deployed on Arbitrum One. The system is currently in validation phase. Deposits are not open to the public. Behavior described on this page reflects the protocol's designed behavior; some mechanisms are active in shadow testing, others become active at public launch. See the Status page for details.
This section describes common situations that may occur when interacting with Multyr and how the system behaves in those conditions.
Pending Withdrawals
Standard withdrawals are processed through a queue and executed at the end of an epoch.
A withdrawal may remain pending due to:
- queue position
- limited available liquidity
- capital being deployed in strategies
- time required to recall capital
This behavior is expected under normal operation.
Unexpected Fees
Fees depend on the type of operation performed.
For example:
- base fees apply to deposits and standard withdrawals
- instant withdrawals include an additional penalty
- force withdrawals may include higher penalties
Refer to the Fees page for the complete fee structure.
Vault Paused
In certain conditions, the system may be paused as a protective measure.
During a pause:
- deposits may be disabled
- withdrawals may be restricted
Pauses are temporary and are designed to limit risk during abnormal conditions.
Strategy Marked as Degraded
A strategy marked as degraded indicates restricted operation.
This may occur when:
- underlying protocol conditions change
- risk thresholds are exceeded
- the system reduces exposure to a given strategy
In this state:
- new capital is not allocated to the strategy
- existing capital may be recalled over time
Withdrawal Delays
Withdrawals may be delayed due to:
- insufficient buffer liquidity
- queue-based processing
- time required to unwind positions in strategies
Delays are a function of system constraints and underlying market conditions.
Position Value Changes
Position value is determined by:
shares × share price
The share price reflects the vault's net asset value and may:
- increase or decrease over time
- be affected by strategy performance
- be affected by market conditions
Transaction Failures
Transactions may fail due to:
- guardrail constraints
- slippage limits
- invalid conditions at execution time
These checks are part of the system's safety mechanisms.
Risk Reminder
Multyr interacts with external protocols and is subject to:
- smart contract risk
- underlying protocol risk
- market conditions
- liquidity constraints
Losses are possible.

Important
Multyr is a non-custodial system.
System behavior is determined by predefined rules and constraints encoded in smart contracts.
Unexpected outcomes may result from market conditions or protocol interactions.
